The current home remains the centre of the household: address, tenure, people, costs, repairs and local context. An additional property stays in the Property Portfolio even though the character does not live there.
The Portfolio combines the current home with investment property for a complete ownership view. It shows estimated value, outstanding property debt, equity, rent, monthly commitments, occupancy and current attention. A Life can hold up to eight additional properties.

Choose Buy an Investment Property to review a small set of current offers. Listings use current property and economy conditions rather than promising a fixed return.
For the chosen property, compare:
You may buy with cash or an available investment mortgage. The purchase is checked again before it completes, so an expired offer, missing finance or changed balance cannot quietly create ownership.
When moving to another purchased home, Keep Current Home can retain the previous property in the Portfolio instead of selling it. The property keeps its existing identity, borrowing and ownership history. It must still be prepared before tenants can move in.
