The Overview summarises physical Health, mental wellbeing, energy and recovery, current care, items needing attention and recent updates. LIVORA shows only information recorded in the Life; it does not reveal hidden probabilities.
Symptoms may be brief, persistent or part of a wider condition. Illnesses and injuries can affect energy, commitments, work, money and relationships. Some clear with rest or treatment; others lead to appointments, tests, investigation, diagnosis, medication, rehabilitation or hospital care.
My Health lists active symptoms, injuries and diagnosed conditions. A condition page shows its status, known symptoms, current impact, treatment and next steps.
Long-term and serious conditions can change over time. Recovery is not instant, and missing care or pushing through strain can prolong a difficult period. Equally, a diagnosis does not define every day of the Life.
The Care area keeps appointments, investigations, test results, treatment, medication, rehabilitation and follow-up together. Health commitments also appear in Calendar and can become unfinished business if ignored.
Preventative care and everyday choices matter. Sleep, activity, diet, stress, social connection and rest can influence risk and recovery, but they never guarantee a particular outcome. Age, existing conditions, treatment and events still matter.
Independence & Support is a practical part of Health, distinct from medical care. It helps you consider everyday routines, people, professional support, transport, home adaptations and whether the current home still fits.
Age alone does not mean care: a healthy older character can remain independent, while a younger adult may temporarily need help after illness or injury. Support can reduce or end after recovery as well as increase when circumstances require it. Use 19A. Independence & Support for the full guide to receiving help, reviewing arrangements and staying independent.

Health → Independence & Support Overview bringing together independence, current help, home suitability and practical next steps
Wellbeing responds to pressure, connection, sleep, work, relationships, grief and the character's circumstances. Loneliness and bereavement can develop over time rather than appearing as a single event. Support, time and connection can help without erasing what happened.
